Dr. Pagano is a success in many fields. A World War II veteran, he was in the D-day Invasion, Normandy, France; Battle of the Bulge at Bastogne, Belgium; earned the Bronze Star along with honors from the French Government and by New York State which gave him the Liberty Medal.

He likes to write nestled in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains in New York State in the Spring and Summer, and in the Fall and Winter he writes in the warmer weather of Florida.

Pagano earned doctorates in Medicine and Divinity. He was led by the Holy Spirit to study the Word. That he is well prepared to write on the Secrets for a Successful Life is well documented by his, fifty years of counseling in Medical practice and Christian Counseling, and his work in Anglican Clinical Studies and Family Counseling. He pastored the Christian Agape Ministries and Church, and is president of the Christian Agape Discipleship Institute. He is a chartered member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, chartered member in the International Charismatic Bible Ministries. He founded the Christian Agape Ministries and Church, Christian Agape Discipleship Institute, and the National Chaplain's Association of New York State.

Pagano has authored peoms, "Normandy," and "Source." "God and Business," "The Secrets for a Successful Life," and "Understanding St. Paul's Prayer." The Holy Spirit has given him a written ministry.
