About our organization:
Our Chaplaincy is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, providing training, recognition, certification and information in the varied areas of the Chaplaincy. The Chaplaincy was founded in 1984 by Bishop Emil T. Pagano, M.D., Ph.D. We provide professional, trained, dedicated Chaplain's in various fields of needs. The work of the Chaplain differs from the work of the pastor. The pastor cares for the spiritual needs of the congregation; whereas, the Chaplain must care for the spiritual and secular needs of the world.

Our Chaplain's work in various positions such as, with Police, Fire, Hospital, Jails, Industrial, Transportation, Search and Rescue, Sports, Hospice, Nursing Homes, Fraternal and the list goes on.
Our interest is to lead people to the Lord Jesus Christ.
We have various types of membership: ordained Chaplains, licensed Chaplains, associate Chaplains, affiliate Chaplains, deacons, we also ordain women. We also ordain Priest and Sisters.
We believe in ordaining the called People of God, men and women who have a calling placed on their lives, the ones, that God had set apart for His Service.
To mention a few there are Pastors, Evangelist, Missionaries and Prophets.
We believe that every born again believer is a disciple Christ, a follower of Christ, baptizing them (people) in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Teaching them to observer all things that Jesus has commanded us. To teach, preach and heal to the uttermost parts of the world.
We study the Evangelical Training Associations Bible courses in our Christian Agape Discipleship Institute, which is a beautiful study of the Bible leading to a bachelor of divinity in practical biblical the theology. Our course teachers are approved by the Evangelical Training Association.
